Brooke Burke will marry her fiancé Scott Rigsby in 2024, she exclusively revealed to DailyMail.com.
And the Dancing With The Stars veteran also shared that she won’t be wearing a white wedding dress on her big day.
“I already hit the target,” the fitness expert shared with DailyMail.com.
The cover girl has been married twice before: to plastic surgeon Garth Fisher from 2001 to 2005 and then to Baywatch actor Dave Charvet from 2011 to 2020.
‘Could be a bit bold as I’m looking for fun colours. I was thinking more of a nude tone, I really like nude tones these days, they are very elegant, “added the television presenter.

Brooke was also seen modeling a pink The Giving Movement outfit on Wednesday in new images of Michael Simon obtained by DailyMail.com.
The Brooke Burke Body businesswoman delved further into her wedding dress.
‘I’m not going to wear white. But it’s hard to find a wedding dress that isn’t white. Every wedding dress inspo photo is white. So I have to dig around.
‘I love nude shades, they are very flattering, so I can go with that, but I haven’t made up my mind yet. I’m also a fan of orange and yellow, so we’ll see.
As for her wedding, it’s in the planning stages, she shared.
“I’m very slow on this but it’s getting done and I’m so excited to become Scott’s wife,” the pinup shared.
We have so many things to do. I have four children with whom I am very involved. And Scott and I are building a house in Arizona. So we are very busy these days. But the planning is in very good shape.
And it looks like the wedding may be outdoors. “That’s where I feel best,” said Brooke, who has a huge backyard complete with a treehouse and pool in Malibu.
As for music, he’s also working on that: ‘I have eclectic taste.’

In the new pictures of Brooke in athleisure pink, she looked as toned as ever.
The Giving Movement is the popular streetwear brand that Hollywood’s elite flock to.
Offering everyday essentials while donating $4 per item sold to charity (the amount needed to provide a week’s worth of food and shelter for a child in need), The Giving Movement has stylish clothing you can feel good about wearing.
Each piece is sustainably made with recycled nylon, certified organic bamboo, and organic fabrics.
This comes after the star spoke to DailyMail.com about dieting to complement her 21-day fitness challenge.
She talked about the joys of intermittent fasting, which is becoming more and more popular. It means eating in an eight hour window and then not eating for the remaining 16 hours of the day.
“It’s a simple but powerful concept: limit eating to an 8-hour window and fast for the remaining 16 hours of the day,” Brooke told DailyMail.com.

“For example, if you eat dinner at 7 p.m., your next meal will be at 11 a.m. the next morning,” he explained.
“This timing cycle essentially tricks your body into burning stored fat.
‘During a “fasted state”, the hours when your body is not consuming or digesting any food, your body does not have a recently eaten meal to use for energy, so it draws energy from stored fat in your body.
Intermittent fasting trains your body to consume food more efficiently and burn fat for fuel.
‘Fasting can make you feel hungry or fatigued, but by tying the time in with your regular sleep cycle, it’s much easier to accept.

And she talked about Mindful Mondays.
‘Start each week by giving yourself some time, before your schedule fills up, to calm and clear your mind and body.
“Whether you practice yoga, meditation, or even just simple breath work, what’s important is that you find a way to center yourself, focus your intentions, and make conscious decisions about the week ahead.
‘Mondays are the perfect days to ‘go green’ with fresh, delicious and nutritious vegetables and fruit.
‘Visit your local farmer’s market or organic food store and stock up.
‘These are just a few examples of mostly plant-based meals that are simple, fresh and light. There’s no reason to go hungry when you fuel your body with crunchy vegetables, healthy soups, hot green tea, and plenty of water.
“One of my favorite foods is a junk salad,” he told DailyMail.com.
‘It’s a fun name I came up with for a salad I make at home that includes what’s in my fridge. I’ll use chicken from the night before or salmon, vegetables I have like broccoli or tomatoes, and maybe even seeds and nuts, I just throw it all in.’
And he explained that he makes his own healthy dressing. “I’ll mix olive oil, which is a good fat, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, lemon in a mason jar to preserve,” he noted.
It takes three weeks to establish a new habit, he said, which is exactly the length of his new 21-Day Fitness Challenge. ‘And one of the healthy habits we will create is a daily meditation practice. trust me on thisone, the benefits for the mind and body are incredible.’

‘In the space of stillness, you will find your strength. Make meditation a habit. Forming new habits is easier than we think. In fact, we do it all the time.
‘When school starts, we change our morning schedule so that everyone is ready on time. When our children’s extracurricular activities change, we adjust our afternoon routine to handle new pickups and returns. We don’t give it much importance… when we’re meeting other people’s needs.
“Perhaps the reason we so easily adapt to change in others, but not ourselves, is because we view self-care as optional. That is where we have to change our mindset.
‘Meditation helps reduce stress, control anxiety and improve sleep. Helps extend attention span, reduce age-related memory loss, and promote emotional health. It can even help manage pain, lower blood pressure, and support recovery. Most importantly, meditation fosters kindness.
‘And the world can always use more kindness!’
In just three weeks, he said anyone can replace unhealthy habits with healthy ones. ‘We can reshape our bodies and reconnect with our authentic selves. We can include exercise in our daily routine and discover the power of nutritious (and delicious) food. And we can adopt mindful meditation that will help us stay centered and focused.
‘Give yourself three weeks and experience the magic of meditation, mindfulness. The new 21-Day Fitness Challenge is the ideal program to achieve your summer health and wellness goals, focusing on both fitness and mindfulness.
‘It’s about new beginnings and leaving old patterns behind.’ The program includes workouts, recipes, meditation, and other tips.
